Coach Albanese - 2016 preseason workout schedule

Good evening NVHS Women’s’ Lacrosse!  

The season is right around the corner and I hope you are excited to get started.  I have attached a five week workout plan for you all to start next Monday.  The workouts are very simple and are only 2-3 days a week.  They should take no longer than an hour; so there really is no excuse why it shouldn’t be done. You will be able to do a majority or all of the workouts at home; depending on if you have free weights or a chin up bar.  If not the weight room at Neuqua is available for you to use. We want to put our best foot forward on the first day of tryouts because we know the season moves very quickly.  Should you have any questions about the workouts feel free to email me at logan5287@gmail.com.  I am looking forward to working with you all and cannot wait to get our season rolling.  Let’s have a great season ladies!
